We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house is much larger than it seems and fit 15 comfortably. The backyard was fantastic, and all of the common areas fit all/majority of our group with ease. Super convenient location to both downtown and groceries. Host was super helpful and communicative, and really made it a fantastic stay! Would 100% return next time we visit, and would highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience staying at this property over the weekend! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and exactly as described — if not better. Our host, Joe Brillhart, was great. He checked in with us before and after our stay. The house was perfect for 8 ladies, but could have easily accommodated more. We loved everything about it. Will definitely look into booking it again when we make our way back to Fredericksburg for another trip.

Perfect weekend getaway for our larger group! We had an absolutely perfect stay at the Milam Mill Haus over the weekend. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The house met all of our expectations and more. All the bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The common areas allowed our larger group spread out and enjoy each others company. The back yard was large and provided much entertainment with the spa, games, and large table under the covered porch. All of this within walking distance of main street. Joe was amazing and answered all our questions in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend this home for your next stay in Fredericksburg.

Amazing and charming stay in Fredericksburg

From the first time we stepped into this property we were in awe. This property is located conveniently just blocks from Main Street. It is a cozy but spacious home offering plenty of room for everyone but also having a personal feel. We slept 8 in this home with room for more. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and nicely decorated with extra bedding if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We even utilized the outdoor grill and fire pit. Plenty of towels in each bathroom and extra towels for the use of the hot tub. In each of the showers are built in dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plenty of parking. Large lot so you don’t feel on top of the neighbors. The owners are very responsive and answer questions quickly. I just can’t say enough of how great this property is. Easy check in and check out. We had so much fun at this house it felt like being at home. You can’t go wrong with this one, it is what you expect from a stay in Fredericksburg.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything we needed, yet still felt like a relaxing getaway. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed.One of our favorite parts was the hot tub, it was the perfect way to unwind and made the whole experience feel even more special. The home is also set up incredibly well for larger groups or families, with plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably without ever feeling crowded.Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we made so many great memories here. The house was perfect for the amount of guest we had (14). Everyone had a bed and we really enjoyed the living room area, back porch, hot tub, and dining area. Definitely recommend staying here with a group of friends or family. We will definitely book again next time, if available.
